LG unveiled its new LG Nexus 5 in November, 2013 whereas Nokia introduced its Nokia 7 Plus in March, 2018. LG colorized its LG Nexus 5 with black and white colors, on the other hand, Nokia 7 Plus impressed us with black/copper and white/copper colors. While purchasing a mobile, people often cannot ignore the price bracket which is a deciding factor, LG priced its phone at Rs.49,000 but Nokia put a price tag of Rs.49,500, however, these phones can be said to fall within the same price bracket because there is a difference of Rs.500 in the price.

Build & Screen:

Brands always try to bring special design and new look to their phones. Similarly, LG Nexus 5 is weighted at about 130 g (4.59 oz), on the contrary, Nokia 7 Plus has been measured at 183 g . and having True HD IPS+ capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors screen which is a IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors screen.

Camera & Memory:

Coming towards the most considerable feature, the camera, LG put 8 MP cam at the back of LG Nexus 5 and has no front camera whereas Nokia 7 Plus comes with Dual: 12 MP rear camera and 16 MP (f/2.0 selfie cam letting the users to digitalize their moments. To redress the concern of low storage space, LG Nexus 5 offers stroage capacity up to 16/32 GB but one cannot extend the memory of this phone by using a memory card, on the other side, and Nokia 7 Plus has also 64 GB internal memory but does not have any memory card option.

OS, UI & Hardware:

Talking about OS of these phones, LG Nexus 5 comes with Android [v4.4 (KitKat)] at its backend which is run by Quad-core 2.3 GHz: Krait 400 CPU and is powered by 2 GB RAM as compare to Octa-core (4x2.2 GHz Kryo 260 & 4x1.8 GHz Kryo 260) CPU which is helped by 4 GB RAM to run Android (Android 8.1 (Oreo); Android One) of Nokia 7 Plus.

Connectivity:

In order to provide batter connectivity Nokia 7 Plus comes with 3G , 4G connectivity. It is worth-mentioning here that LG Nexus 5 does not have dual SIM option whereas Nokia 7 Plus is a dual SIM phone. To maintain connectivity, camera and big screen, LG Nexus 5 is equipped with a non-removable Li-Po 2300 mAh battery where the former has a non-removable Li-Ion 3800 mAh battery.

Conclusion:

In the end, there is a lot to consider while choosing between the LG Nexus 5 and the Nokia 7 Plus. Ultimately, it is up to your own personal preference whether you want LG Nexus 5 or your requirements are fullfilled by Nokia 7 Plus . These are both good phones according to price bracket and specification, and you cannot go decidedly wrong with either device.
