LG unveiled its new LG G Pro Lite in November, 2013 whereas Samsung introduced its Samsung Galaxy A50s in August, 2019. LG colorized its LG G Pro Lite with white and black colors, on the other hand, Samsung Galaxy A50s impressed us with prism crush black, prism crush white, prism crush green and prism crush violet2 colors. While purchasing a mobile, people often cannot ignore the price bracket which is a deciding factor, LG priced its phone at Rs.35,000 but Samsung put a price tag of Rs.36,999, however, these phones can be said to fall within the same price bracket because there is a difference of Rs.1,999 in the price.

Build & Screen:

Brands always try to bring special design and new look to their phones. Similarly, LG G Pro Lite is weighted at about 161 g (5.68 oz), on the contrary, Samsung Galaxy A50s has been measured at 169 g . and having IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors screen which is a Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors screen.

Camera & Memory:

Coming towards the most considerable feature, the camera, LG put 8 MP cam at the back of LG G Pro Lite and has no front camera whereas Samsung Galaxy A50s comes with 25 MP rear camera and 16 MP selfie cam letting the users to digitalize their moments. To redress the concern of low storage space, LG G Pro Lite offers stroage capacity up to 8 GB but one cannot extend the memory of this phone by using a memory card, on the other side, and Samsung Galaxy A50s has also 0 internal memory but does not have any memory card option.

OS, UI & Hardware:

Talking about OS of these phones, LG G Pro Lite comes with Android [v4.1.2 (Jelly Bean)] at its backend which is run by Dual-core 1 GHz: Cortex-A9 CPU and is powered by 1 GB RAM as compare to Octa-core (2x1.8 GHz Cortex-A73 & 6x1.6 GHz Cortex-A53) CPU to run Android (Android 9.0) of Samsung Galaxy A50s.


In order to provide batter connectivity Samsung Galaxy A50s comes with 3G , 4G connectivity. It is worth-mentioning here that LG G Pro Lite does not have dual SIM option whereas Samsung Galaxy A50s is a dual SIM phone. To maintain connectivity, camera and big screen, where the former has a non-removable Li-Po 4000 mAh battery.


In the end, there is a lot to consider while choosing between the LG G Pro Lite and the Samsung Galaxy A50s. Ultimately, it is up to your own personal preference whether you want LG G Pro Lite or your requirements are fullfilled by Samsung Galaxy A50s . These are both good phones according to price bracket and specification, and you cannot go decidedly wrong with either device.
